This 40-acre private estate renovation added new life to the existing landscape and created a dynamic outdoor living space to relax and entertain family and guests.
The centerpiece is an infinity edge pool, bordered by a terrace of Carnelian granite. From the house, the pool appears to float above the landscape beyond. Water cascades over the infinity edge, spilling over split-faced granite into the lower pool with a waterslide and diving rock.
A pool house designed with an open floor plan includes a lounge area with a flat screen television, kitchen, bathroom, shower, steam room, and ample storage space. The pool house anchors the lower level, and an outdoor dining room allows guests to be immersed in the beautiful space. A granite fireplace offers warmth and light while the sound of falling water and the soft textures of the surrounding garden create an intimate sense of peace and serenity.
